Overeating but on healthy foods?
Basically I started my diet yesterday & I've been very good sticking to it. But I have a terrible habit of eating out of pure boredom which I did today because I'm on my own. But the thing is, I've eaten way more than I should have but it was lots of healthy foods like grapes and oranges and porridge for breakfast and a quorn burger sandwich with lettuce for lunch, I havent really eaten anything bad at all today.. so my question is, if you eat more than your recommended daily allowance but it's all very healthy foods, will you put on weight?

I'm not losing weight though..For breakfast I usually have either like cheerios and skim milk or an uncrustable sandwichLunch is pretty much always an everything bagel with reduced fat cream cheese. Sometimes I get coffee instead though.For dinner, I have whatever my mom makes. Last night we had baked ziti.I rarely eat any snacks. Sometimes I have an apple or something because I don't really eat fruit otherwise. Also I take gummy multivitamins everyday.I know I don't eat THAT healthily.. but I feel fine. And I'm always healthy when I go to the doctor.. I'm never hungry for more food than what I eat. Is it that bad?why do i need a high metabolism though? what good will it do for me?
