Whre can i buy aroma therapy in the deslaines ill area?
My vet recommended lavender oil aroma therapy for my dog but I forget exactly how she said to use it?
I have the oil but what do I do with it? Do I rub it on him? Do I dilute it and put it in a spray bottle? If I dilute it, by how much? I can ask my vet on Monday, but I'd like to start using it right away, if possible. It's to help him feel more relaxed, he's a very nervous dog. Thanks

Hi. I'm taking a class and having a very hard time focusing.Yesterday I used this essential oil mixture called Clarity. It contains, lemon, rosemary and jasmine absolute. Though it is not listed on the label I can smell eucalyptus and peppermint also. It worked very well but....I was up most of the night. I was very restless and unable to keep still for long. Lots of tossing and turning. So much for concentrating today huh? My question is...How long should the reaction to these oils last?I used a mini humidifier and had it misting for most of the day and then again for about 3 hours in the evening, for a total of aprox. 10 hours. Needless to say I'll only use this product while I'm studying from now on. I'd like to know if this reaction was normal though.Thanks for any help you can offer

My mother in law had a bunch of both oils that were in a shoe box packed away with other stuff in a larger box and in storage for the last 6 7 years. They havnt been opened since before then, alot of the expiry dates range from 2001 2006. Can I still use them, even if they have a less effect I'll still use them for now, or they completely no good?
